Speaking Engagements:​
Speaking engagements include any event where Jesse Van Robbroeck provides live or virtual presentations, workshops, or keynote talks booked through Jessevanro.com. Unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, the following policies apply:

If Jessevanro.com must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, travel restrictions, emergencies), clients will receive:-
A full refund of any payments made, or​

The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Clients:
Refunds for client-initiated cancellations are determined based on the following timelines:-
30 or More Days Before the Event: Full refund of the deposit.

15 to 29 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the deposit.

Less Than 15 Days Before the Event: Deposit is non-refundable.

Deposits may roll over to a rescheduled date if agreed upon in advance

Non-Refundable Expenses for Speaking Engagements:
If travel expenses such as plane tickets, accommodation, or other bookings have already been made for a speaking engagement and are non-refundable, these expenses will be deducted from any applicable refunds.

No-Show Policy:
If a client fails to appear or is unavailable at the scheduled time without prior communication, the service will be considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
